Return to Your Core' Ayurveda and Yoga Workshop with Tiffany Chan and Beth Rettig

Do Vata Balancing Yoga, understand Ayurvedic practices for the Fall Season, Cooking Demo and then eat an Ayurvedic Lunch. Beth will lead yoga to give a deeper understanding of your core and how it helps your posture. Chanting and live acoustic guitar will be the last part of the day. $90.
